I know we generally email when we need something or have a complaint, lol. So I wanted to send some GOOD news.

We just caught and suspended a manager for fraudulent refund activity using rReports. A DM noticed that there were an excessive amount of refunds at one of his stores, so started checking transactions and emailing them to himself using the rReports app on his phone. We were able to take those transactions and use them to watch video and determine what was going on. There was theft discovered and the manager was suspended in a matter of a just a few days because we had the information we needed right at our fingertips.
